LPN Position at CentraCare Employee Health Services

Find your purpose as an LPN with Employee Health Services at CentraCare! As an EHS LPN you will support unit function by performing delegated nursing and non-nursing tasks. Assists the Nurse Practitioner/Registered Nurse in the care of clients in accordance with established policies and procedures to provide high quality customer service.

You will utilize Employee Health Services (EHS) programs and protocols in consultation with other various healthcare disciplines as needed. You'll evaluate the status of all employees, volunteers and other identified clients to promote optimal health. To succeed, you'll need to work well independently and with others, and have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers and patients. You should be able to assess and solve problems, switch gears swiftly and be able to adapt to handle multiple tasks in a short period of time.

Schedule:

• Part-time 40 hours every 2 weeks
• Hours between 7a-4:30p Mon-Fri | 8 hour shifts
• Onsite at St. Cloud Hospital and our South Point location

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $24.69 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Pay range: $24.69 - $37.08 per hour

Qualifications:

• Graduate of School of Practical Nursing required; Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
• 1 years Previous experience in a healthcare / hospital setting required.
• 1 years Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of employee health preferred.
• Successful completion of audiometric within 1 year required.
