We're seeking a Construction Equipment Rentals Branch Manager in Dallas, TX to oversee branch operations and drive revenue growth through strategic customer relationships and team leadership.

Impact

Maximize branch profitability by managing inventory utilization, fleet performance, and operational efficiency across the construction equipment rental portfolio.

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial mechanical contractors, general contractors, and facility managers to drive repeat business and expand market share.

Lead a high-performing team of rental coordinators and field personnel to deliver exceptional customer service and timely equipment delivery.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance protocols, and regulatory requirements to protect team members and customers.

Responsibilities

Manage daily branch operations including equipment inventory, scheduling, dispatching, and customer service.

Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new accounts and expand existing customer relationships.

Oversee fleet maintenance programs to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and safety compliance.

Hire, train, and mentor branch staff to build a skilled and motivated team.

Analyze financial performance metrics including revenue, utilization rates, and margin targets to optimize profitability.

Coordinate with corporate teams on procurement, pricing strategies, and market analysis.

Implement safety programs and conduct regular training to maintain OSHA compliance and reduce workplace incidents.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

Must-Haves

5+ years of experience in equipment rental, construction management, or related field operations.

3+ years in a supervisory or branch management role with P&L responsibility.

Strong understanding of construction equipment including aerial lifts, forklifts, compressors, and power generation.

Proven track record in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice-to-Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience with rental management software systems.

Knowledge of commercial HVAC and mechanical construction markets.

Bilingual communication skills.
