• Provide education and support for patients and families to encourage progress beyond the therapy setting.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and speech therapy sessions, ensuring the continuity of care throughout their healthcare journey.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Pursue completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA certified.

Credentials

• Must possess state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
