Regulatory specialist

Regulatory Specialist role focused on ensuring accurate product registration information and handling regulatory documentation. Job Description Ensure product registration information is accurate and current. Support the compilation, tracking, and processing of regulatory documentation (e.g., affiliate requests, technical documentation, regulatory submissions). Monitor and track the activities and expenses performed by vendors for Regulatory Operations to ensure high-quality deliverables. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in a business environment. Experience in compiling regulatory documentation and/or obtaining CFG (Certificates to Foreign Governments) from FDA or CFS (Certificates of Free Sale) in Europe is preferred. Ability to work both within a team and independently in a fast-paced, changing environment. Clear verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, strong organizational and project management skills, and ability to problem solve and find solutions for gaps in processes.
