Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for clients, developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Utilize therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that all sessions are responsive to the evolving needs of clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care that improves client outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, directly contributing to the quality assurance of our services.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health practices through ongoing education and professional development opportunities, enhancing your skill set and the services offered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve an outpatient population, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Your role will greatly impact the emotional well-being of clients seeking support during vulnerable periods in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A relevant Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling services in a clinical setting.
\n
• Deep understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations in the field of counseling.
\n
• Exceptional skills in communication and interpersonal relations, allowing for effective rapport-building with a diverse client base.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to facilitate smooth clinical workflow.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision plans, in addition to malpractice insurance coverage.
