About Our Agency:
Our agency has been proudly serving the community since October 2016, and our team of 12 (and counting!) is passionate about making a difference while enjoying a fulfilling and dynamic work environment. In 2021, we moved our office to Saginaw, TX and in 2022 we opened our second office which is now located in Justin, TX. Role Description:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steven Barber - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
