Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes and standards Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and menu items to enhance guest experience Handle cash and process payments accurately Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance throughout shifts Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a similar hospitality role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment Knowledge of drink recipes, alcohol service laws, and responsible alcohol service practices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights We foster a dynamic and inclusive work environment where team members are valued and encouraged to grow.
