Below is some of the benefits we offer:Safety is our #1 priorityCompetitive Compensation StructureStarting Rate: $38.68 - $42.00Sign-On Bonus: $2500Professional Training OpportunitiesDirect Hire OpportunityMonthly Incentive Bonus Full Benefits Package*Night Shift PositionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintenance and repairs that are critical to keeping equipment running properly and safely.Able to work safely, follow LOTO, perform hazard identification, and conform to OSHA standardsPerform necessary plant, building, and ground maintenance to include implementing, repairing, rebuilding, or modifying necessary equipment.Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic troubleshooting capabilities.Complete and accurate reporting of work orders.Available to work weekends and off-shiftAutonomous work with little supervisionWorks within an environment focused on the reduction of unplanned downtime.Works collaboratively with other functional areas to ensure the accomplishment of overall plant objectivesApplies lean manufacturing tools & principles in maintenance activitiesPerforms autonomous care and housekeepingWorks within scheduling requirementsCandidate Requirements include but are not limited to: Minimum of 2-3 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience.
