In this role, you will be providing post-ICU care, managing drips, and working with stable ventilated patients. Your ability to work independently and adapt to floating between tele, tele MS, and MS units will be crucial to your success. This position requires proficiency in Cerner charting and offers a supportive environment with PCT assistance.

• Deliver exceptional patient care in a high-acuity stepdown unit
• Manage patient ratios of 3-4:1 in IMCU and 5-6:1 in Tele-M/S
• Utilize Cerner for efficient and accurate charting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Need 1 year experience in setting
