Table Presentation: Prepare dining tables with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring proper placement of fine linens, polished silverware, and glassware to create an elegant dining environment. Resident Interaction: Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and personalized service; engage with residents to understand and accommodate their preferences. Offer menu guidance and suggestions, demonstrating expertise in food and beverage offerings. Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area, adhering to health and safety protocols while fostering a pristine and inviting atmosphere. Team Collaboration: Work closely with culinary and dining staff to ensure efficient operations and outstanding resident satisfaction.
