Primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the availability of OT Systems for end users, and support the planning, design, development, and testing of new applications and enhancements. Job Duties Provide operational support to the IT Department as needed Help with the support and testing of OT systems while ensuring compliance with Engineering, Cyber Security, and Software Quality Assurance processes. Help and Support OIT Cyber Security and Software Quality Assurance compliance initiatives. Minimum Education Required Pursuing undergrad or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical field. GPA 2.8 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required Good to have knowledge of Networking Support (Cisco), C Programming Language, and software development process. Helpful to have knowledge of one of the following Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux, VMS, MS Windows Server.
