Tax Manager

Our firm continues to expand and we are currently seeking a motivated Tax Manager or Senior to join our team. You will be an instrumental member of our tax team, working with clients across a broad and diverse range of industries. Our ideal candidate is an independent problem-solver who enjoys working closely with clients and coming up with creative solutions for our clients’ tax and business needs. Responsibilities Prepare and/or review tax returns for high-net worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts. Manage client projects from start to completion. Research technical tax issues. Assist or lead in team development initiatives. Provide proactive tax planning to exceed client expectations. Collaborate with clients and all firm employees. Support assurance partner with financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations. Job Highlights Competitive compensation with base salary ranging from $100,000 - $180,000 . Semiannual discretionary bonuses and quarterly commissions for new clients acquired by you for the firm. All employees are eligible. Comprehensive benefits package including medical (employee premiums 100% paid by the firm) and dental insurance. 401(k) plan (our employer match in prior years has ranged from 5.5-10%).
