As a member of the Warehouse team, you will help ensure that customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our products. Your tasks include building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fulfill customer orders and ensuring accurate order fulfillment in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to safety standards. Utilize voice‑picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s) Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation Complete training requirements Restock product in picking areas as needed Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events Schedule Schedule options include two shift types: 4‑day 10‑hour shifts starting at 10 AM or 4‑PM, with potential overtime up to 12 hours. Days off will typically be either a Tuesday or Thursday, and one scheduled Saturday is required. Requirements High School Diploma (or GED) required Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive Compensation Base pay range is $21.46 to $23.11 per hour plus a bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on the candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
