Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Magnolia Post Acute Job Summary: We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team at Magnolia Post Acute in Colonial Heights, Virginia. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan, assisting in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units, and creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life. Open Shifts: We have various shifts available, including: 7:00a-3:00p PT EOW 3:00p-11:00p FT Monday-Friday, PT EOW 11:00p-7:00a FT Monday- Friday, PT EOW Responsibilities: Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan Coordinate and supervise all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for residents Round on units during your shift, checking in with staff, residents, and greeting new admissions Assist in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life Provide support and direction for nurses Requirements: Professional nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN) valid in Virginia Pay & Benefits: Competitive Rate Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time Policy Employee Wellness Program Flexible Spending Account Employee Assistance Program Daily Pay
