You understand that maintenance is about more than making repairs — it is also about creating a great experience for the residents who call our communities home.Preferred QualificationsMinimum 1 year of maintenance experience requiredApartment maintenance experience preferredHVAC experience strongly preferredPersonal tools required to perform job dutiesAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while also thriving in a team environmentTech-savvy and comfortable using mobile devices and maintenance softwareStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-starter mindset with a commitment to quality workmanshipExperience or training in at least four of the following areas is preferred:HVACPlumbingElectricalCarpentryPaintingAppliance repairCarpet repairsRefurbishmentGeneral maintenanceCleaning and detail workEPA Certification SupportNo EPA Certification?
