WE GUARANTEE YOU A MINIMUM EFFECTIVE WAGE OF $17 PER HOUR Why Choose Great Clips? As a stylist in our salons, you can earn between $20 to $30 per hour, which includes your base wage and generous tips from satisfied clients. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
