Job Title: Warehouse Picker / Packer (Spanish a Plus)

Location: Hicksville / Syosset Area (Nassau County, NY)

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 / hour (Shift Differential May Apply)

Shift Availability:

• 1st Shift: Morning (e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

• 2nd Shift: Afternoon/Evening (e.g., 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)

• 3rd Shift: Overnight (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
  Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal

About the Role

We are seeking dependable, energetic Picker / Packers to join our fast-paced distribution facility serving the Nassau County area. You will be responsible for locating items, packing orders accurately, and preparing packages for daily shipment.

English/Spanish is a  plus! Candidates who speak both languages are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Retrieve items from designated storage bins using pick sheets or RF handheld scanners.

• Packing & Prep: Pack, box, label, and wrap customer orders securely to prevent shipping damage.

• Quality Check: Verify SKU numbers, product quantities, and condition before sealing packages.

• Inventory Support: Help restock shelves, maintain accurate inventory counts, and notify management of damaged stock.

• Safety & Cleanliness: Keep work areas, aisles, and packing stations clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language: English required; (English/Spanish) preferred.

• Experience: Prior warehouse, picking/packing, or retail experience preferred (on-the-job training provided).

• Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.

• Punctuality: Reliable transportation to Hicksville / Syosset and a record of attendance.
