Outside Sales Associate Location: Cowering West Tennessee to Northern Mississippi We are looking for an ambitious, self‑motivated individual with a proven record of effort‑driven success to join our growing sales team in the construction arena. Self‑motivated with excellent organizational skills. Goal‑oriented mindset. Job Functions Partner with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months to receive hands‑on training. Develop sales skills, demonstrate high energy, and build interpersonal and communication effectiveness. Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and support projects. Establish a strong foundation for a career in high‑end building materials, focusing on commercial roofing. The salary range for this position is generally between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
