Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Onsite | Weekend, holiday, and on-call/standby requirements apply

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care on a combined Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Mother-Baby unit serving approximately 4,000 births per year
• Manage and care for high-risk obstetric patients including those with pre-eclampsia, hypertensive disorders, gestational and insulin-dependent diabetes, preterm labor, multiples, and substance use disorders
• Perform high-risk OB triage assessments, OR circulating duties, and surgical admission and recovery
• Titrate drips including Pitocin and Insulin per provider orders
• Utilize the Centricity Perinatal EFM system for fetal monitoring
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including CNAs, surgical techs, charge nurses, OBHG providers in house 24/7, and NICU advanced practice providers available 24/7

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Washington
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
• COVID vaccination required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in high-risk obstetrics, triage, and OR circulating roles
• Experience with surgical admission and recovery in an OB setting
• Familiarity with Centricity Perinatal EFM system
• Experience titrating Pitocin and Insulin drips
