Field Sales Representative

In 1946 Engel and Gray planted its roots in the Santa Maria Valley. Over the past 80 years a lot has changed but the one thing that has not changed is Engel and Gray’s commitment to finding the best most talented people to help support and expand their business on the Central Coast.

Today Engel and Gray operates a large regional composting facility, collection and roll off business and trucking operations to support the compost facility. We are currently looking to add an additional field representative to our team whom will be able to handle the diverse challenges our business has to offer. This position will primarily be outside sales of both compost and roll off bins but will also be involved in marketing, compost manufacturing, waste management, trucking, client education, trade show presentations and various other task.

The right candidate for this position will possess the following:

· Self-starter with an extremely positive attitude

· Ability to multi task

· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

· Experience in Agriculture/soils/landscaping/gardening a plus

· Computer literate

· Clean current CA driver’s license

· Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written

· Professional appearance

· Degree in ag related discipline preferred

· Strong commitment to personal development

· Ability to learn product knowledge

· Ability to make friends with everyone

· Team player!
