AgrowingmanufacturingorganizationisseekingaPart -Time Controller/Accounting Manager to provide both strategic financial leadership and hands-on accounting oversight. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and partnering directly with executive leadership while remaining involved in day-to-day financial operations.
The organization is transitioning from an outsourced accounting model and is looking for a leader who can successfully bring accounting and finance functions in-house, establish scalable processes, and support continued business growth.

- Establish,improve,anddocumentaccountingpolicies,procedures,andinternalcontrols
- Overseeinventoryaccounting,costaccounting,andmanufacturing - relatedfinancialprocesses
- Supportaudits,taxpreparation,andregulatorycompliancerequirements
- MentoranddevelopanAccountingAssistantwhilecreatingascalableaccountinginfrastructure
- Serveasatrustedbusinesspartnertoleadership,balancingstrategicplanningwithtacticalexecution

- 7+yearsofprogressiveaccountingandfinanceexperience

- Experiencesupportingorganizationswithsignificantrevenuevolumeandoperationalcomplexity
- Strongbackgroundininventory,costaccounting,andmanufacturingfinancialreporting
- Experienceimplementing,optimizing,ormanaginglargeERPsystems
- Provenabilitytocreatestructure,processes,andfinancialdisciplinewithinagrowingorganization
- Stronganalytical,communication,andexecutivepresentationskills
- Comfortablerollingupyoursleevesandhandlingday -to- dayaccountingresponsibilitieswhenneeded
