Lafayette Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Speech Therapist to assess and treat patients in a geriatric rehabilitation setting. You will develop and monitor individualized therapy programs, document progress, and educate patients and families. Responsibilities include goal-directed treatment, collaboration with the care team, and discharge planning under the Director of Rehabilitation.
