Service Advisor / Assistant Manager

We're Not Just Looking for a Service Advisor. We're Looking for a Closer Who Cares. If you're a top performer stuck at a shop that doesn't reward you for it, this is your move. We're a full-service Big O Tires location in Colorado Springs with ASE-certified technicians and Master Techs on staff, and we're looking for someone who can walk into our service drive, own it, and sell with integrity. You know the vehicle. You know the process. You know how to explain a repair so the customer actually understands what's wrong, why it matters, and why they should trust you to fix it, not because you talked them into it, but because you gave it to them straight. That's the person we want.

What You'll Do

• Own the service drive: greet customers, write up repair orders, and manage the flow from check-in to delivery
• Sell quality parts and products, confidently and honestly. Present maintenance and repair recommendations in plain language customers can actually understand.
• Walk customers through inspection findings and build trust through transparency, not pressure.
• Coordinate with ASE-certified techs and Master Techs to keep jobs moving quickly and accurately.
• Handle everything from tires to major service, we'll train you on tire-specific processes if that's new to you.
• Follow up, close the sale, and make sure every customer leaves knowing exactly what was done and why.

What We Need From You

• Proven service sales experience is required, this is a sales role first
• Strong working knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance schedules, and repair processes.
• Someone thorough and fast, you don't sacrifice accuracy for speed, and you don't let accuracy slow you down.
• A genuine, customer-first mindset. We believe in real stewardship and helping people understand their vehicle and make informed decisions, not just moving tickets.
• Rock-solid honesty and integrity. No overselling, no shortcuts on the truth
• Comfortable in a full-service, high-volume shop environment. Tire experience is a plus, but not required, we'll teach you that part
