Picker Packers perform essential roles with one of our top clients, starting at $16.50-$17.50/hr., with overtime opportunities available. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders using robotics and scanners. Load and secure products on outbound trailers as part of the Store Replen team. Follow all safety guidelines while maintaining a safe and clean work area. Cross‑train in picking, packing, and replenishment tasks. Maintain excellent attendance and reliability. Work entire shift on your feet in a non‑climate‑controlled environment. Benefits Weekly pay starting at $16.50-$17.50/hr. Pay/Shift Details 1st Shift: Rotating 3-4 day work week, 12-hour shifts starting at 4:30 AM, pay $16.50/hr. 2nd Shift (Training): Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM-3:00 AM, pay $17.50/hr.
