Restoration Estimating Specialist

Roto-Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast-growing water restoration team for our Southeast Region. This is a full-time, on-site position based out of downtown Cincinnati, OH. The hourly rate for this position is $22.00-$25.00, depending on experience. There is also opportunity to earn a monthly performance-based bonus of up to $1200.00. You will be provided with company paid parking at a nearby parking facility.

Responsibilities

• Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.

Requirements

• Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills.
• WRT/ASD certification is required within 90 days of employment.
