Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a Management Technical Writer to support EOIR/AD in Falls Church, VA. Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Assist administrative leadership by crafting clear and professional internal and external communications, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
• Draft and edit executive communications, memoranda, and announcements.
• Create templates utilizing MS Word and Outlook.
• Develop and write standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform technical writing tasks.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Hourly Rate: $47.03/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
