We’re looking for energetic, caring individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–11. No experience? No problem! We offer paid training, strong support, and clear career growth opportunities. At Early Autism Services, we provide the training needed to build your career and grow your skills as an RBT. Salary Range: $18.00 To $25.00 Hourly Why You’ll Love Working With Us Competitive pay based on experience Part‑time/full‑time opportunities during daytime, afternoon and evening hours (schedules until 6:00 pm) Health, dental, and vision insurance (full‑time) 401(k) with 4% company match after 6 months Instant pay options through Rain What You’ll Do Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs Track progress through simple data collection Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community) Communicate with families and your team Attend ongoing training and supervision What You Need RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the U.S. Physical Requirements Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of interactive sessions with children. #J-18808-Ljbffr EARLY AUTISM SERVICES LLC
