Foundations Minnesota is seeking a Dually Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor to join our multidisciplinary treatment team within MN 245G and CARF standards. The position will provide on-going assessments, treatment planning, diagnostic assessments, progress reviews, continuing care planning, and individual/group counseling sessions involving recovery education.

This is a salaried, full-time, benefits-eligible position at our Pride Program, based in Minneapolis, MN, with a daytime schedule Monday through Friday. Qualifications Experience and Requirements: Education: Master's and Bachelor's degree in alcohol & drug couseling, mental health, marriage & facily therapy, and/or social work. Licensure: Current LADC/LPCC/LICSW/LMFT. Additional Requirements: have 1-2 years' experience in the chemical dependency field and 12 contact hours of co-occurring disorders training; and have insight regarding the unique challenges faced by our clients. They must be able to pass/clear the MN DHS Background Study and must be free of problematic substance use for at least the two years immediately preceding their hiring.
