Manufacturing System Technician - First Shift (Collaborative Robots) Senior manufacturing system technician role involved in the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final system assemblies on the manufacturing line. What You'll Do: Perform manufacturing operations related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final system assemblies. Collaborate with engineers on set‑up, calibration, and testing tasks. Use sophisticated software to collect and evaluate operating data and conduct online adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Help develop methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings, or diagrams to control or modify the manufacturing process. Assist engineers in conducting experiments and prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. Provide guidance to other non‑exempt personnel and may lead or supervise activities within a team‑lead function. Follow established procedures, processes, or policies and resolve problems with assistance from peers or the supervisor. What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED); additional education or relevant experience preferred. 0–5 years of relevant experience. Some electrical and mechanical skills. Strong computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, etc.). Cable assembly experience (crimping, soldering, etc.) is a plus. Ability to read mechanical part/assembly drawings and pneumatic schematics is a plus. Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams is a plus. Machine shop experience is a plus. Experience with industrial robots is a plus. Compensation: Base salary range $28.95 to $39.18 USD per hour. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
