High-Volume RecruiterWorldStrides seeks a full-time High-Volume Recruiter to drive hiring for the teams that deliver our experiential travel and education programs. You will own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and screening through video verification and onboarding, and keep candidates engaged by phone, email, and text. You build the teams that bring our programs to life, and you give every candidate a strong experience along the way.Responsibilities:Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring.Review applications and run high-volume phone screens to assess skills, experience, and alignment with WorldStrides values.Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to define staffing needs and hit hiring goals on deadline.Engage candidates by phone, email, and text to move them through hiring and onboarding, and answer their questions quickly.Coordinate offers, video verifications, and onboarding so new team members arrive ready for their programs.Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse, ADP, and other HR systems.Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress to inform workforce planning.Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, and Program Operations to meet staffing goals.Protect the confidentiality of candidate records and sensitive information.Qualifications:1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HRExperience managing multiple requisitions and high-volume hiring on tight timelinesHands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS platformStrong interviewing, assessment, and relationship-building skillsClear, professional verbal and written communicationStrong organization and attention to detail across competing prioritiesAbility to work independently and with cross-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and TeamsA candidate-first mindsetPreferred:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with Greenhouse and ADPExperience recruiting for seasonal, education, travel, hospitality, camp, or event-based programsWork Perks:Comprehensive health benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, accident, critical illness, disability insurance, FSA/HSA options with employer HSA contributions, and a generous 401(k) match.Generous paid time off including 11 paid company holidays, 25 PTO days the first year (prorated), 1 paid volunteer day, 4 mental health days, and bereavementProfessional development support, including up to $5,250 annually for tuition reimbursement and up to $1,000 for certifications annuallyOpportunities for paid and discounted travelFlexible work schedule providing on-site, remote, and hybrid office opportunitiesEncouraged participation in a wide variety of Employee Resource GroupsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness resources, including fitness centers at select locationsPaid parental, caregiver, and disability leaveTeam Member Discount ProgramEngaging, collaborative, and fun work environmentThe salary range listed for this position represents WorldStrides' good-faith estimate of the base compensation for the role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills and qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
