Software Development Manager

As the Manager of Web & Mobile Development, you'll be at the forefront of creating and enhancing the next generation of video streaming applications. Requirements: Experience & Leadership 8+ years of experience in front-end development, building innovative UI solutions for diverse platforms. Demonstrated success leading the end-to-end development of high-performance apps across Android, iOS, TV, and Web - combining hands‑on coding expertise with strategic team leadership to deliver scalable, top‑tier streaming experiences. Track record of leading small, agile teams in a startup‑like environment, breaking barriers and driving results. A passion for pushing the envelope on app quality, scalability, and performance. Experience with AI-powered programming tools to streamline and enhance development processes. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend‑backend integration. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development practices. Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach. Bonus Points for Candidates Who Have: SaaS Platforms: Previous experience with SaaS platforms or live/VOD video streaming products.
