Records Center Specialist

Location - Valencia and Sylmar Pay Rate - $19.00 Schedule - Monday Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime and Weekends as needed

Midway Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Records Center Specialist for a warehouse-based role in Valencia, and Sylmar. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable weekday schedule and long-term potential for the right candidate.

Position Responsibilities

• Lift, move, and stack boxes and materials (up to 65 lbs) throughout the shift
• Operate manual pallet jacks to transport and organize records
• Climb stairs and ladders to access storage areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Handle confidential documents with accuracy and discretion
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Steel toe shoes required
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs consistently during the shift
• Comfortable standing, bending, climbing stairs, and using ladders
• Experience using manual pallet jacks preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous warehouse or records-handling experience is a plus
