What You’ll Do Implement individualized ABA treatment plans Collect data Work side by side with BCBAs to ensure quality services Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers Take part in staff training and special events What We’re Looking For Reliable transportation to service the Orange County region High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred RBT/BCAT Certification preferred Prior experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required—we provide training Availability Monday–Friday between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM; part-time candidates must have consistent availability during peak afternoon/evening hours (3:00–8:00 PM) At Innovate ABA, you'll never feel like "just an employee."
