3rd Shift Quality Service Representative

Position Overview 3rd Shift Quality Service Representative Marin's Uk Limited Quality Assurance Spartanburg, SC, USA USD 18-20 / hour Hours: 10 pm - 6 am, Sunday-Thursday. Shift premium $0.75. Essential Functions Perform Quality Inspections: review job tickets, conduct product inspections throughout production, audit samples, complete QA documentation, cross‑check order documentation and packaging labels. Process Compliance Audits: audit documentation for compliance, audit other departments to maintain ISO and SQF standards, identify non‑conformities, root cause and solutions. Maintain Color Standards: pull and stage customer color standards at least four hours before job commencement. Complete Quality Documentation: complete documentation per SOPs, ensure paperwork is correct, create Certificates of Compliance. Required Qualifications At least 18 years old. Analytical skills to determine root causes and solutions. Attention to detail and accuracy. Physical ability: lift 50 lb continuously, stand and move long hours, use vision to identify defects, receive and follow instructions. Good verbal and written comprehension. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision. Basic math calculations. Basic computer skills. High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Previous Quality Service experience (train acceptable). More than one year in a manufacturing environment.
