Key responsibilities Support customers with new policy quotes and billing inquiries via phone and email Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates accurately Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards during transactions Required qualifications Background in customer service; call center experience is a plus Desire for a stable career pathway with opportunities for growth Attention to detail, especially in handling legal documents and applications Ability to communicate complex insurance information clearly to customers Commitment to completing a full 8-week training schedule and passing a background check
