Permanent School Nurse

An ESS permanent school nurse (RN/LPN) assists in providing the fullest possible educational opportunity for students by minimizing absence due to illness and creating a climate of health and well-being in the schools.


Job Duties :

To provide assessment, screening, planning, intervention, evaluation, counseling, management, education and/or referrals concerning the health and medical care needs of students for the purpose of minimizing absences due to illness, maximizing educational opportunities, and creating a healthy school climate.

Qualifications

• GA Nurse Certification, RN or LPN
