Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate occupational therapy treatment programs for hospitalized patients
• Maximize functional status of patients, with a focus on swing bed and minimal outpatient populations
• Manage a caseload of approximately 6–10 patients per day in a 1:1 patient ratio setting
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure safe and effective transitions of care
• Perform administrative duties and contribute to performance improvement initiatives
• Pursue ongoing professional growth and perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active national OT license and/or Oklahoma state OT license required
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience required
• Proficiency or ability to work within Cerner EMR
• No call or floating requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in geriatric care or swing bed settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with acute care or hospital-based occupational therapy environments
