Special Education Paraeducator

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Paraeducator to support students with behavioral and learning challenges in a specialized school setting. In this on-site role, you will provide one-on-one and small-group support, implement behavior and instructional strategies designed by teachers and clinicians, and help maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom. You will collect data on student progress, assist with de-escalation as trained, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to improving students’ academic, social, and life outcomes.
