Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the relevant authorities.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or possession of) a valid Washington medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.
