Robotics Clinical Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Robotics Clinical Specialist to support technology-focused product launches at customer accounts in the Savannah area. The role involves training surgical teams, managing account onboarding, and driving adoption of robotic surgical systems through clinical education and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch strategies for sustainable technology adoption and use
- Lead comprehensive training programs for surgeons, clinical staff, and administrators on ROSA system
- Coordinate system installations and conduct facility staff in-services with Field Service teams
- Provide clinical support during initial technology deployment cases and advanced upgrades
- Manage administrative duties and maintain documentation compliance and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical field; Associate's degree with equivalent experience acceptable
- 2-3 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic sales/case coverage experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated presentation and product demonstration capabilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales results
- Ability to travel up to 75% as required
Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 base salary plus $50,000 incentive
