Position Overview

As an In-House Marketing Representative, you'll engage with owners, members, and resort guests staying on property, introduce them to the benefits of Capital Vacations, and invite qualified guests to attend an Owner Update or Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation.

Your ability to create excitement, build rapport, and generate qualified tours will directly impact your earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with owners and resort guests

• Generate qualified Owner Update and Vacation Ownership tours

• Educate guests about the benefits of Capital Vacations ownership

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience

• Promote resort amenities, events, and local attractions

• Meet and exceed production goals

• Accurately complete required documentation

• Follow company guidelines and qualification standards

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, outgoing, and professional personality

• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work weekends and holidays

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred

• In-House Marketing experience

• OPC (Off-Premise Contact) experience

• Vacation ownership or hospitality experience

• Customer-facing sales experience

• Proven history of meeting or exceeding performance goals
