The Opportunity

• Seeking ABPN eligible/certified Inpatient Psychiatric physicians.
\n
• Current CA State license is required.
\n
• 7-on 7-off schedule. 
\n

\n

The Practice

UCSF Health St. Mary's Hospital – San Francisco, California

\n

UCSF Health Hyde Hospital – San Francisco, California

\n

\n
• 19-bed behavioral health unit with an annual volume of 1,000.
\n
• Daily volume between 55-80 with an admit rate <10%.
\n
• Three physician shifts per day with 8-hour APP coverage from 1-9pm.
\n
• Vituity-staff Emergency Department and Hospitalists offer integrated care solutions at the site.
\n

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
