Appraiser

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Body Shop Appraiser to join our collision center team. The Body Shop Appraiser will be responsible for inspecting vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, communicating with customers and insurance companies, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesInspect damaged vehicles and prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.Communicate repair recommendations and timelines to customers.Work directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate and finalize repair estimates.Monitor repair progress and supplement estimates when additional damage is discovered.Coordinate with technicians, parts departments, and insurance representatives to ensure timely vehicle repairs.Maintain accurate documentation of estimates, supplements, and repair orders.Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards.Assist customers with the claims process and answer questions regarding repairs and coverage.Previous experience as a Body Shop Appraiser, Estimator, or Collision Repair Advisor preferred.Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC ONE.Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction.Understanding of insurance claims processes and estimating guidelines.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr Toyota of Dartmouth
