Our team operates at the intersection of advertising innovation, business growth, and an evolving regulatory landscape, helping healthcare brands navigate the unique complexities of reaching and engaging audiences on TikTok.As a Client Solutions Manager (CSM), you'll play a critical role in shaping how healthcare advertisers succeed on the platform. You'll partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to develop impactful advertising strategies, solve complex business challenges, and demonstrate measurable results. From driving performance and introducing innovative advertising solutions to navigating industry-specific requirements, you'll help some of the world's leading healthcare brands unlock new opportunities for growth on TikTok.

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for campaign performance, execution, and ongoing account needs.
• Monitor revenue, campaign pacing, and delivery trends to identify growth opportunities, proactively flag risks, and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans in partnership with Sales to drive incremental investment, product adoption, and long-term growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable, data-driven optimization recommendations to improve advertiser outcomes.
• Lead client education on TikTok advertising solutions, product updates, and testing opportunities to drive adoption and business results.
• Identify upsell opportunities and partner with Sales to develop compelling recommendations that unlock incremental spend.
• Oversee measurement strategy and execution, including study planning, attribution, performance reporting, and translating results into actionable insights.
• Own troubleshooting and escalations, partnering cross-functionally to resolve technical, delivery, and measurement challenges while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic business reviews to communicate results, recommendations, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate account documentation, reporting, and action items, ensuring timely follow-through and accountability across client deliverables.
• Surface advertiser feedback, product gaps, and recurring challenges to internal teams to inform product improvements and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s): - 4+ years of experience in campaign management, account management, or client services at an agency, advertising technology company, or digital advertising platform.

• Strong understanding of digital advertising, including auction-based ad networks, campaign optimization, performance marketing, and relevant KPIs.
• Experience managing complex advertiser portfolios, developing advertising strategies aligned with client business objectives, managing account revenue, assessing business performance, and identifying opportunities and risks that impact advertiser investment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships, navigate challenging conversations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to troubleshoot technical challenges, resolve advertiser issues, and deliver business outcomes, with strong organizational and project management skills, demonstrated attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while proactively anticipating client needs and adapting to changing business priorities.

Preferred Qualification(s): - Healthcare industry marketing experience, including working with pharmaceutical, over-the-counter (OTC), or health services advertisers, with an understanding of healthcare marketing strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific advertising challenges.

• Demonstrated success in consultative selling, including developing compelling business cases, influencing investment decisions, and securing incremental advertising budgets.
• Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and leading strategic business reviews that influence broader marketing strategies and investment decisions.
• Experience developing integrated, full-funnel media strategies across brand awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives, including premium and performance advertising solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of advertising measurement methodologies, including attribution models, brand lift, conversion lift, incrementality testing, and translating measurement results into business impact.
• Experience leading advertising product beta tests, developing structured testing roadmaps, and driving adoption of emerging advertising technologies.
• Understanding of healthcare industry trends, dynamics, and evolving consumer behaviors, with the ability to identify emerging opportunities for advertisers.
• Experience navigating complex regulatory or policy environments and partnering with internal compliance, legal, or policy teams to develop effective advertising solutions.

Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88422 - $181895 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
