Schneider is seeking a Driver Manager in Rosemount, MN to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. The Driver Manager will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers. Responsibilities include making safety-conscious decisions that ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, balancing the needs of our customers, drivers and the business, providing continuous, structured and proactive performance management and coaching to drivers, managing driver payroll and home time, and collaborating with various teams to identify and implement creative solutions to improve retention and drive business.

Skills and qualifications preferred include a Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, both internally and externally.

Pay and benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid time off and paid holidays, a results-based incentive pay program where you can earn above and beyond your base pay, and tuition reimbursement. The starting salary is $55,900 - $69,900 per year based on experience.
