A leading owner of marina properties is seeking a Construction & Development Analyst in Dallas, TX. This role involves underwriting Growth CapEx opportunities, conducting market research, and maintaining a construction cost database. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in real estate development, strong deal underwriting and financial modeling skills, and excellent presentation capabilities.
