We’re hiring an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week local contract providing 1:1 skilled nursing care in patient homes.

?? Position Details

Pay: $50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
On-Call: 1 weekend per month + occasional weekday after-hours
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.49 per mile
Contract Length: 13 weeks

?? Responsibilities

OASIS assessments and HCHB charting
Skilled nursing care in the home setting
Medication management and care coordination
Monitor patient conditions and communicate with physicians
Opportunity to supervise LPNs and assist with training

? Requirements

Active RN license
Home health experience required
Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
CPR and compliance requirements
