You'll guide civil design on everything from roadway reconstructions and urban streetscapes to signature trail corridors-collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams from concept through construction. Along the way, you'll mentor junior staff, lead stakeholder engagement, and turn complex challenges into creative, buildable solutions. You'll contribute to business development and build your reputation as a trusted expert at a company that believes in promoting from within.What you bring:A Professional Engineering license in OH (other Midwest states a plus)Proficiency in one or more of the following: MicroStation (including OpenRoads), AutoCAD (including Civil 3D)10+ years (Senior Engineer), 15+ years (Principal Engineer) experienceIt would be a plus if you have any of the following:5+ years managing projects and/or design work, developing construction documents and/or public agency construction administrationStrong civil engineering background with experience in roadway, drainage, geometric design, 3D modeling, and accessible public spacesProven track record delivering large/complex projects on time and within budgetExperience preparing transportation and local agency permit documentsSkill leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating utilities, ROW, lighting, signals, and landscape/hardscape layoutsInterest in multimodal and active transportation designExperience in business development, including networking at public, agency, and industry events (e.g., ACEC, ITE, ASHE, ASCE)Join Us.
