Talent Acquisition Lead

We are partnering with a global organization within the manufacturing sector to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition professional for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to convert to a permanent position.

This is a hands-on role supporting a high-volume manufacturing environment, partnering closely with business leaders and HR to manage current hiring needs while also developing longer-term talent pipelines and workforce plans.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Strong manufacturing / production recruitment experience is essential
• Experience managing high-volume hiring within a manufacturing environment
• Leadership or project management experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including partnering with senior leadership
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and proactive talent pipelines
• Ability to provide market insights around manufacturing and production talent
• Experience working with external recruitment vendors / RPO partners is beneficial
• Knowledge of US employment legislation, with Colorado experience particularly valuable
