OurPrivacy Statementdescribes how we will process and safeguard your personal data.ResponsibilitiesUnderstands the historical and latest developments in the specific and related areas of technology.Analyzes and understands standards applicable in the specific and related areas of technology.Analyzes embodiments of the specific and related areas of technology, including use of products, methods, and services by clients, and provides analyses relating to patent infringement and non-infringement.Analyzes patents in the specific and related areas of technology, including patents and patent families at issue in litigation, and provides industry definitions for specific terms in the patents.Performs research and analyzes patents and other prior art in specific and related areas of technology, including for invalidity purposes.Conveys knowledge and teaches litigation teams about technology, products, services and patents at issue.QualificationsRequires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; a Master’s Degree or Ph.D. is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Planning and organizational skills.High level of attention to detail.Self-motivated.High level of initiative.Interpersonal skills.
